Etappe Richtung Wales. In der N\u00e4he von Bath besuchten wir Irenes 93-J\u00e4hrige Greataunt Bobbie auf Ihrem wundersch\u00f6nen Anwesen. Bei einer Tea-Party und einem Walk in ihrem 3 Are grossen Forest plauderten wir \u00fcber alte Zeiten. Bei der Football-Challenge (einen Fu\u00dfball linksf\u00fcssig in den carboot zu bef\u00f6rdern like Gareth Bale) hat sie uns mit ihren mindestens 40-j\u00e4hrigen Fussball ausgeholfen. Weiter nordw\u00e4rts wurden wir immer wieder von heftigen Regeng\u00fcssen begleitet, auch die Temperatur sank auf unsympatische 15 Grad. Die Kulisse in Snowdonia ist zu vergleichen mit den Schweizer Alpen. So mussten wir einen Pass \u00fcberqueren &#8211; ebenfalls ohne B\u00e4ume &#8211; aber mit nur 400 m H\u00f6hendifferenz!!!! Der letzte Teil der Etappe f\u00fchrte uns durch W\u00e4lder von unglaublicher Sch\u00f6nheit. Zur Szene passte der heftige Regen und ein mystischer Nebel &#8211; typisch British &#8211; und wir wissen jetzt woher der Cure-Song \u201eA Forest\u201c stammt.
